All sofas purchased directly from www.kadrie.com or through our authorized distributors are covered under the following limited warranty periods:

10-Year Limited Warranty

Motor System:
5-Year Limited Warranty

Other Components:
2-Year Limited Warranty

2) What’s Covered

KADRIE’s warranty covers eligible issues caused by manufacturing defects, including:

– Internal frame or structural component failures
– Defects in reclining, extension, or adjustable mechanisms
– Motor system malfunctions on applicable electric models
– Manufacturing-related stitching issues or upholstery separation
– Cushion or foam defects beyond normal usage conditions

3) What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
